Amenities include most everything you might need (Utilities, internet, television, sheets, blankets, comforters, laundry, paper towels, even toilet paper) except your food and personal toiletries.

1923 Craftsman. Renovated interior, two rec areas with flat-screen TV’s. Internet and Roku included.
We are a men’s independent, sober living home.

Full Kitchen: New gas stove w/ oven, blender, microwave, toaster oven, two refrigerators, beverage refrigerator, all utinsels and cookware on-site.

Bathroom #1: Newly remodeled: sink, toilet and shower.
Bathroom #2: New construction: Toilet, sink, shower.

Easy access to: Bus Lines via University Ave. transit center. Drivers: Close to 805, 15 and 8 Freeways.
Utilities included in rent.

Currently our guests work in: retail, auto parts, transportation, restaurants and sport industries.

Bedrooms are shared . Residents agree to live drug and alcohol free. Everyone is currently employed or actively seeking work.
