Free Room + stipend for Childcare & Housekeeping

My wife and I are professionals with a 9 year old boy looking for a female (professional, student or retired) to live rent free (including utilities and wifi) in exchange for regular babysitting and housekeeping (2:30 - 5:30pm Mon - Fri). We will also provide a monthly stipend for you to use as you wish (~$200/month).

You would have your own private room (furnished or unfurnished you decide) that is approximately 10'x11' and your own sink. However, the toilet and tub would be shared with our 9 year old boy who only uses that restroom for 15 minutes in the morning around 7:15am and 20 minutes to shower around 5:45pm and 15 min at night around 8pm to brush his teeth.

You will share the living room and kitchen with us and there is ample street parking available. We are close to UCSD/trader joes/whole foods (less than 10 minutes from the 5 and 56 freeway intersection).
