Private Room + Private Bathroom Near SDSU — $1,400/Month

Looking for a respectful, pet-friendly roommate to share my home beginning in November! The bedroom is unfurnished and comes with a private bathroom across the hall, including its own bathtub. Prorated rent is available depending on your move-in date.

Rent & Terms

• $1,400/month, including water and utilities
• Wi-Fi available for an additional $50/month
• Optional parking spot for $40/month
• The home has AC and heat, though I prefer to limit their use. We’ll discuss usage preferences and agree on how any additional AC or heating costs would be shared before move-in.
• Month-to-month arrangement with 60 days’ notice required before moving out
• Deposit to be discussed with potential tenants
• Screening and landlord approval are part of the process, with some flexibility to discuss individual circumstances

The Home & Amenities

You’ll have access to all shared living spaces, including the kitchen, living room, and patio. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. Community amenities include two pools, a fitness center, and a jacuzzi.

Laundry is available in the community clubhouse, with washing approximately $2 per load and drying approximately $1.75. The neighborhood is quiet and located within a couple of miles of SDSU.

About Me & the Pets

You’d be sharing the home with just me, two sweet cats, and a sweet dog. Being comfortable living with animals and treating them kindly is a must!

I’m an omnivert—a mix of social and independent. I mostly keep to myself, but I also enjoy getting out occasionally and would love a roommate who’s open to building a friendship while respecting each other’s space. I don’t typically have people over and appreciate a peaceful home.

Your own pets are welcome to be considered! Our animals would need to meet beforehand to make sure they’re compatible.

House Expectations

Respect, communication, and keeping shared spaces clean are the main priorities. Smoking is allowed on the patio or outside, subject to HOA rules. Guests and overnight visitors are welcome with advance notice, as long as visits follow HOA guidelines. The community has HOA rules that everyone living here needs to follow.

People of all backgrounds are welcome. I’m looking for someone considerate who will respect me, my animals, and our shared home.
