🏡 Hi! I’m renting out a room in San Diego near Mission Valley, Lake Murray and Cowles Mountain in a quiet, safe walkable neighborhood.

I work full time and go to school. I keep a busy schedule, but I often host game nights on weekends. I need a chill roommate that can be friends or that prefers their own company.

Rent is $1450 month to month, but I can go lower if you are a good match and can agree to a 6 to 12 month lease. Minimum $1250
