Other things to consider:

We have three dogs. They are mellow, and confined far from your location. You never contact them, unless you ask to (in the back yard). People love them... but love will not conquer allergies. And they bark occasionally.

With the microwave, fridge, oven toaster and air fryer, you can cook anything, but there's no kitchen per se, and there is only one sink, so you have to be careful about grease or food scraps.

You can't use zillions of watts of electricity at the same time, it will fry the fuse.

Long-term household member is preferred. Lower rent available for 18-month lease. We will allow short terms, but for higher rent. All negotiable.

We are an international couple from San Diego and Tokyo, now elderly empty nesters. We're a text away if you need us, but otherwise, you don't see or hear us.
