Large bedroom for rent within a 2 bedroom apartment. The other room is occupied by the owner/landlord. The unit has a small shared balcony off the living room, and also features an in unit washer and dryer, and garage parking spot. All utilities are included in the rent (water, trash, electricity, internet, etc.). Complex has a swimming pool and it is located the San Carlos neighborhood of San Diego, near the Cowles Mountain trailhead making it convenient for hiking and outdoor recreation at Mission Trails or Lake Murray. San Diego State Univ is about 3 miles away. Owner has his own bathroom, so even though the room for rent does not have an en suite bathroom, the guest bathroom would be available to the renter and wouldn't need to be shared with the other roommate. No pets, no smoking. Professional preferred. LGBTQ friendly.
