1 UPSTAIRS bedroom in 1970s tract home; so yes, avocado counters, but we've done some upgrades, like hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Room is 10.5'x10.5'with 5'x5' walk in closet. Due to shared bathroom, female roommate only, please. You'll have your own bedroom, but the bathroom is shared with 2 other girls. We are near Patrick Henry HS, on the edge of the canyon. (3.25 miles to SDSU). Small back yard with patio, hammocks, and a wildlife preserve in the canyon over the back fence. Close to SDSU, Mission Trails, Lake Murray, and Cowles Mtn. We are a non-party household of mid-career adults, but open to any age roomie as long as you are self-sufficient and get along well with everyone in the house; We are all busy working and/or going to school, so someone at a similar lifestyle would probably work best. We are looking for someone who is financially and emotionally stable (no drama, please!), and able to get along well with others. House rules are pretty basic; no smoking, no drugs, no guests in the bedrooms, clean up after yourself, be considerate of your roomies. Washer/dryer in the garage, all utilities, Wifi and basic house supplies are included. Adequate verifiable income, and background/reference check are REQUIRED (MySmartMove, $47).
