I have a bedroom room located on main floor with shared bathroom (with a quiet & hardworking single female). Rent of $1,200 includes WiFi, water, gas, electricity, use of washer/dryer. We are a harmonious, quiet, tidy, clean, non-smoking, safe, respectful, non-partying and friendly household.

Currently there are 2 single females on main floor..
We have 2 labradoodles (Chance 5 and Eggsy 1) they have a gated area in the family room and have their meals in the backyard. Dogs stay upstairs for most of the day and sleeps upstairs nightly.

Room is available now in beautiful Sabre Springs Belle Fleur neighborhood.

Home is few stop lights East from highway 15 (located between Scripps Poway Parkway and Poway Road) and close to the 56. Nearby grocery stores, shops, restaurants. .
House large enough like nobody is there. Prior roomies stayed for many years before buying their own place. Upstairs Current tenants include single female JR at UCSD with parents and a single female USC grad. I have successfully rented rooms since 2009. Backyard is a quiet area to enjoy with high top patio table and fire pit. Female preferred. Background checks required. Thank you and Good luck!
