Easy parking on driveway and end of driveway Located near multiple community pools and club house access (nearest is family park across street); excellent separate designated walk/run/ bike trails throughout the area; excellent shopping variety and dining conveniently very close by.
A nice retreat from all the frantic, loud and more expensive cost of living down town, but it’s still all only a short drive away. Everything from downtown to beaches averages about :19 minutes. Very local Skydiving, go carts, other activities and Otay lake only :5.
You can expect extra privacy and more space to yourself as owner resides only part time and travels out of town regularly.
