About the House

Three of us are looking for a 4th roommate to join us in our brand-new townhome in Rancho Peñasquitos, located just off Poway Road. We are currently in the process of purchasing the home and expect to move in around November 30th. We currently live in Mira Mesa and are excited to make this our new home!

🛏️ Your Space & Location Note

You’ll have your own private bedroom and private bathroom on the first floor, offering plenty of privacy from the rest of the home. Each bedroom in the house has its own dedicated full bathroom, and there is a shared half bath on the living room level. Since the home is newly built, everything is modern, clean, and brand new.

Parking: Open parking spots and street parking are available nearby.

Freeway Proximity Disclaimer: Please note that the home is located right next to the freeway. The home doors and windows are high-quality - they do a good job of keeping noise out while closed and we plan on keeping them closed.

🐾 Pets

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets, as Luis is allergic to cats and Hunter is allergic to dogs. Hypo allergenic pets like poodles may be considered.

🚭 House Rules & Policies

Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house. Smoking outside is fine where permitted by law.

Guests: Overnight guests are fine for significant others, visiting family, or similar visits. We just ask for open communication!

👨‍❤️‍👨 About Us

Luis: Works in IT/biotech (in-office 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week).

Carlos: Works in healthcare (in-person 5 days/week).

Hunter: Works for the County in early childhood development (mostly in-person).

We are easygoing, clean, respectful, and value a comfortable, friendly shared environment. While we all respect each other's quiet time and independence, we also enjoy occasionally hanging out, chatting, or sharing a meal.
