House is a 5 BR, 4 BA home, occupied by owner couple and one large but chill dog. No other tenants. Owners are a recently retired Federal Agent (law enforcement) and a work-from-home Accountant. We are quiet but friendly, value the serene, safe neighborhood and no drrrrrama!!
(Our dog, a St. Bernard, loves all people but not all dogs, so no other animals allowed)
Common areas available for your use include kitchen, your own full sized refrigerator - freezer, inside laundry room, and huge sparkling pool in back yard. Common areas are kept very clean and organized. Driveway parking available as long as your vehicle does not leak any fluids.
No smoking (even outside!), no vaping, no drugs, and no guests or entertaining, sorry!
All utilities included including high speed internet.
House is in a quiet, residential, upscale subdivision called Park Village Estates, all $2M + homes, across the street from a canyon preserve that has hiking and biking trails, and is 9 miles to Torrey Pines Beach. Conveniently located off the 56 and Camino Del Sur, this is just East of Del Mar/Carmel Valley. Also conveniently near the 5/15/163 freeways. 9 miles to Torrey Pines beach.
$1700 a month rent, $1000 refundable security deposit. If we agree to proceed with potentially renting the room, you would need to complete an online credit/criminal/background check by SmartMove, a division of TransUnion credit. $50 fee paid directly to SmartMove. Minimum 650 credit score and no prior evictions needed to apply.
We are looking for someone who would be compatible and easy to live with. Suitable for a single person only.
