Private rooms available in a comfortable apartment in San Diego. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Rent includes utilities and one parking spot.

This is a warm, lived-in family home with kids, so the environment is active, respectful, safe, and easygoing rather than perfectly silent or highly formal. It’s best suited for someone who appreciates a relaxed, supportive, real-life atmosphere.

I’d especially love to create a positive and empowering home environment for women — a space that feels supportive, peaceful, flexible, and welcoming.

I’m a working professional and mom who plans to travel with my two children at times, so I’m hoping to find mature, responsible, communicative women who are interested in helping create a comfortable shared home base together. The apartment has flexible space arrangements, and I’m open to collaborating on how to best maximize the home for everyone living here.

We also have a small Chihuahua mix who can be a little nervous at first and may bark when meeting new people, but he warms up once he feels comfortable and usually ends up wanting to cuddle on the couch 🥰
