Looking for a friendly, quiet and clean roommate in a two story, newer, nice and clean house with simple living environment.

Room: Private Room upstairs with closet & shared bathroom (dual sink).

Rent: $1150/month / $1275 with Utilities (Internet/Wifi, gas/electricity, water/trash). No cable TV but there is TV port in the room.

Furniture: Room is unfurnished.

Occupancy: One person only - no couples, no kids and no pets

Lease Term: Minimum 6 months [Not accepting month-to-month]

Laundry: In-house, next to the room

Parking: Available outside. No garage parking.

House has a small patio/yard

Cleanliness: Absolutely must clean up after yourself (Kitchen, bathroom and common areas of use). No dirty dishes in the sink.

Kitchen: Basic cooking use. No fish or anything causing extreme smoke/smell please.

Basic house rules: No Smoking of any kind(including Vape, Cannabis, etc.)/ No 420 / No drugs / No stay overs/ No Parties in the house/ No eating of other roommate’s food or touching their items without their consent. Basic hygiene protocols.

Neighborhoods: Rancho Penasquitos/ Poway/ Carmel Mountain Ranch/Rancho Bernardo/Mira Mesa/ Torrey Highlands

Shopping: 2-5 mins drive to Stater Bros., Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, Costco, Vons, USPS, Home Depot, Marshalls, Ross, YMCA, BestBuy, etc. Many restaurants and food shops close by.

Transportation: Easy Access to I-15 / I-56 - Two exits to Intuit and one exit to Sony, Broadcomm, etc. MTS bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house.

There will be credit/background check. Must have a job and able to provide proof of income.

I am M/Software Engineer. Mostly busy with my work and keeping to myself but can get along with others. I am vegetarian but no issues if you are not. I don’t drink or smoke.

Current housemates: All Male young professionals. Very friendly, easy going and quiet.
