Room options in rancho penasquitos!

Hello my name is Lupe! I currently own a townhome in north county San Diego. My long term roommate just informed me he is going to AZ By the end of August. I would love to host someone temporarily or long term starting September. I got a couple of options in the home. The garage is converted to an entertainment center that can be a room, portable ac and you would share the bathroom for 1000bills included. Or I have a master bedroom with a private shower 1100. The shared areas for the master bedroom would be the kitchen and living room. For the garage it would just be the bathroom, as it has a little dinette and refrigerator. I would like a minimum stay of 2 months but you are welcome to stay up to two years to reach your goals. The house is in a prime location! 15- 20 mins away from everything you could need and less than 5 mins from the 56 and 15 freeways. Street Parking is always available outside. I’m open to male or female roommates and your life preferences are your own. I’d love to chat with you first to make sure we can co exist, and you must Love doggies. My dogs are clean and quiet. 🙂
