Private studio room for rent in a house located in Rancho Penasquitos neighborhood. The room is on the first level and will be closed off from access to the rest of the house. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, mini fridge, microwave. If you do not need it furnished, furniture can be removed. There is a side door that provides access in and out of the room, main house entrance will not be used. Right outside the room is a private patio area on the side of the house that leads to the driveway. No assigned parking but plenty of free street parking available. The room comes with many amenities including a mini fridge, microwave, utilities and wifi, and heating and air conditioning. Please note because the room is closed off to the rest of the house and there is no access to a full kitchen or washer/dryer. Room is available October. Looking to rent space out for 3-6 months
