Lease Terms: Minimum 6 months [ I may consider 4-5 months not yet sure. Sorry, not accepting month-to-month]
Single Occupany per room

Room Rent: $1000 ($1125 with Utilities)

Utilities include: Internet, gas/electricity, water, trash and sewer.
Furniture: Room is currently unfurnished but I have a spare queen size bed if you need Or you can bring your own that fits in your room.

Kitchen: I am vegetarian and don't cook any kind of non-veg or seafood. No issues roommates eating non-veg but I prefere no fish cooking in house due to smell. Light cooking is fine but you will have to use your own cookwares and absolutely clean up after. No piled up dirty dishes in the sink.

Laundry: In-house
Parking: Plenty of parking outside.
House has a small yard/patio.

No Smoking / No Pets / No drugs / No stay overs/ No Parties in the house

Close by: Costco, Stater Bros, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Ross, Marshalls, Staples, In-Out, California Pizza, YMCA, and so on...
Transportation: Easy Access to I-15 / I-56 - Two exits to Intuit and one exit to Sony, Broadcomm, etc.
MTS bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house.
