Renting out an upstairs unfurnished bedroom out of a house in the beautiful Rancho del Rey area of Chula Vista, CA. Room has a shared bathroom.
House is in close proximity to freeways, restaurants, retail outlets, hospitals, schools and military bases. Looking for mature males, females or couples to reside with existing family members (who reside downstairs).
Please-No smoking, drugs or alcohol/intoxicated tenants inside the house.
Asking for tenant(s) who are responsible and can pay monthly rent & utilities on time. Tenant(s) will have access to the living room (when not occupied by a family member), kitchen, backyard/deck areas and washer and dryer in the garage.
Residing family are very welcoming, loving and kind people. We’re respectfully asking for the same.
Asking $1200/month plus utilities (split amongst house occupants).
Security Deposit: $500
Month to month (60 day notice if vacating).
