$1500/month – ALL utilities included
Common household items provided: TP, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.
Flexible month-to-month lease – move in when it works for you, stay as long as it feels good

We live in a spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on half an acre tucked away in Bonita, near Discovery Park and the Rice Canyon trail system. A true little sanctuary.

-Massage chair (yup, it’s as good as it sounds)

✨ About the Community:
We’re a mix of artists, remote workers, creatives, and professionals in our 20s–30s. The vibe is welcoming, intentional, and communicative. Expect spontaneous dance sessions, deep convos, delicious shared meals (if you're into that), and the space to be your full self. Housemates are into everything from gardening, tantra, shibari, gaming, painting, flow arts, polyamory, and more. Introverts, extroverts, and everything in between are welcome — we love a good mix!

You’re respectful, communicative, and open to being part of an intentional living space. You're clean, considerate, and maybe even down to help out with a bit of work trade (fence building, digging, lifting, etc. — totally optional, but a big bonus!)

Clean up after yourself
Quiet hours outdoors from 10pm–6am
Shared chores with systems in place to keep things flowing smoothly
