We have a spacious 10'10" by 10'10" unfurnished room available. It has a big closet with lots of shelves and hard wooden floors. You will have full access to the guest bathroomand laundry room (washer and dryer). There is a kitchen where you can do light cooking. We have central A/C and heating. Rent includes utilities. We live in a quiet neighborhood close to Barons Market, RB Library, Palomar Medical Center, and the Bernardo Winery. There is plenty of street parking.

About us: We are a newlywed couple. We are fairly introverted, professional, and easy-going. We have a small 15 pound Hypoallergenic friendly dog. Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.

We are looking for a clean, quiet roommate who works outside of home. No smokers, parties, or pets.

We are close to the 15 freeway.

Will need to do a background and credit check.

First month rent and security deposit must be paid before moving in.
