You would just need to bring your bedroom furniture, as common spaces (living room and dining room) are already furnished. You will have a private bedroom but will share a bathroom.
The condo is recently upgraded with new LVP flooring throughout. Unit has 2 lush green patios, a bbq for use in patio, and backs up to a nice greenbelt area. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as central AC/heat. The condo complex has great amenities including pool, tennis court and clubhouse. Condo is in a prime convenient location and is centrally located in Rancho Bernardo (close to 4S Ranch/Camino Del Norte/Carmel Mountain Ranch) and has easy access to I-15 and I-56 freeways and beaches. Also close to many restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and has many Rancho Bernardo business hubs nearby.
Looking for a considerate, clean, respectful, and financially responsible working professional (1 person only) who pays rent on time to share with 2 other easy-going working male professionals in their 30s. No smoking, no vaping, and no drugs. Must be pet friendly as the existing roommates have a dog and cat, however this is maximum number of pets, so no additional pets will be allowed by landlord.
Room is available to move in on June 1st. Month to month rental lease. Rent is $1200/month + $1200 security deposit to be paid at signing of lease. Must have proof of steady income outside of the house, past rental references and good credit/background check. Application screening fee is a one-time $50 fee. Utilities (gas, electric, cable and internet) are additional and split evenly amongst all tenants.
