You would have two rooms for yourself. My current roommate uses one as a living area and the other as a bedroom. You would also have a private bathroom. I have two cats and a dog so you must love animals! The common living area and kitchen would be shared. You get a parking space in the garage. There is a washer/dryer for your use as well. The home is in a very nice area of San Diego, with a patio. About me: I am a 60 year old professional. i work from home much of the time, but when not working, i take my dog for long walks, i play pickleball, go out with my friends. Anything else you'd like to know just ask :)
