Two 25 F , looking for a female/ femme roommate. We’re looking for someone who is kind and reliable.

We’re both very creative and always busy. We both do our best to keep the apartment as clean as possible. We are considerate and don’t argue at all. We communicate everything respectfully and directly when needed. Hoping to find a roommate that can do the same.

When we are home we’re usually cooking or chatting in the living room :)

- Apartment has a very calm feel, is on the 3rd floor and has a beautiful view from the balcony.

- Looking for someone who is chill, genuine , and can help keep the apartment clean.

- We value a peaceful home

- There is parking right outside the apartment, as well as a garage.

- Bathroom is shared with one roommate

- Extremely safe and family friendly neighborhood.

- Restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, gas stations and more within walking distance.

- You get your own counter and pantry space in the kitchen.

- Large living room with high ceilings and a fire place.

- Access to gym, pool, and jacuzzi.

- No pets allowed unfortunately
