$1,250/month with utilities and Wi-Fi included. The room also includes central A/C and heat, guaranteed off-street parking, shared washer/dryer access, shared kitchen access, and use of the outdoor space.

The kitchen includes designated refrigerator/freezer space and cabinet storage for the renter.

The bedroom has new flooring and paint, a ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light. There's a private exterior entrance, so you can come and go without needing to walk through the main house.

The room is rented unfurnished. Furniture currently shown in the photos will be removed before move-in.

$1,250 security deposit. Initial 6-month stay preferred, with longer-term arrangements negotiable afterward.

Owner-occupied home with one other housemate. The household is generally quiet and independent, and everyone mostly keeps to themselves and respects each other's privacy.

The renter has their own entrance, bathroom, and closet, while the kitchen and laundry are shared. We're looking for someone clean, responsible, considerate, and comfortable with a quieter household where everyone has their own space.
