We are looking to rent 1 bed/bath in a 3B/2B,1,600sf home. Shared with 2 other adults. No smoking, no drugs, or pets allowed. Washer/dryer on premises.

Seeking an adult with a full time, daily job, proof of 6 months income and rental history.

Utilities split 3 ways, which includes:

SDGE Monthly depends on usage.

H20 Monthly depends on usage.

PROPANE Generally filled 1x every 3 months, depending on usage. Approximately $275~$300

WIFI (no cable) Monthly $20

TRASH Monthly $15.00

There is a tenant who is currently occupying the room. Once they leave approximately June 5th or 6th I will then upload photos once the room is ready.
