Private Guest house with Bathroom - Peaceful

We are looking for the right roommate/tenant for our household. We have a large house in between Rancho Bernardo and Poway in a quiet and private area on a private road. Our house is on a two-acre lot, and my wife and I are empty-nesters. For the last 10 years he have had two tenants in our house. One in our downstairs private bedroom and the other in our outside detached guest house.

Our guest house sits outside and contains a private entrance with a full bathroom that has been recently remodeled. The guest house building is also connected to our detached garage. There is a small kitchenette in the outside that is in between the garage and the guest house. The last three roommates that lived in the guest house primarily used the outside kitchenette as their primary kitchen. The main house, of course, has a full kitchen and the tenant will have full access to the main house but using the outside kitchen has been their main kitchen area.

We are looking for the right fit. Our tenant in the main house downstairs has been with us for seven years and is a Navy officer and works as a Physician’s Assistant.

My wife and I are self-employed and have offices outside the house. But we also have flexibility in our schedule to be at home and do often work from our home office as well. We also travel often and are active and stay in very good shape. We have a private gym connected to the house by our private tennis court. The tenants also have full access to this gym and tennis court as well. The tennis court has a basketball backboard as well.

Our house is very quiet and peaceful. We have had very good luck with our tenants and are looking for the right person to replace our last tenant, who is moving after 4 years and who was also in the Navy.
