Room for rent/shared bathroom with one other

We are two females over 55. We have been roommates for 6 years. Preferably looking for another female to rent out one room in a one story home. We have two older small male dogs that are well behaved and very friendly, they take care of the house while we are gone. We love to be social but can keep to ourselves too. We both work out of the home and prefer you do as well. We are clean and respectful. Live a healthy lifestyle. No overnight guests. No drugs.

I grew up in this nice quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping less than a 5 minute drive away. Less than 15 minutes away from several amazing hiking trails. Old Poway park is just down the street.

Very open but not limited to having traveling nurses or those who are coming to our beautiful city to work for a short period. I enjoy meeting new people while providing a clean and safe place to call home.
