One month’s rent required as deposit.
Proof of income + references from past roommates/landlord required.
A super friendly cat lives in the house (she’s basically the real owner 🐾😄). We’re not overly freak about cleaning, but we do appreciate a respectful shared space—especially keeping common areas tidy (like not leaving dirty dishes overnight, clean after yourself, No smoking inside the home.
