Hardwood floors. Lots of windows ++. Has own outdoor patio door. The bath is a shower/bath: new fixtures, and windows.

A lovely house in residential and safe Point Loma. It's not the crazy party scene. Good neighborhood. No garage- but a storage shed. Near: Trader Joe's, Wine Steals, Church Rock, Von's Liberty Station, 92106, 92107. Close to Ocean Beach, downtown, and Pacific Beach.

All roommates like a clean house and are responsible people. Not a party house, but we do enjoy BBQ's, sports, etc.

We are all non-smokers. Looking for professional or student; male or female. Financially responsible. Only one person/room. No working out of this house. No SMOKERS (any kind), No drugs. Sorry, no pets are allowed. One person only.

The deposit is $700. (Move-in is about $2000). Utilities extra $100/ mo. (washer/drier, SDGE, water, internet, fireplace, plus ++)
