Room available in fantastic Point Loma apartment!

Room available in fantastic location for a great price! I am looking for someone to rent the other bedroom in a 2 BR 1 Bath apartment in Point Loma. I am a female, 29, looking for another female somewhat close to my own age. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and considerate.

This is a very real apartment not far from the Ralphs on Rosecrans and Nimitz. If you are interested, please send me a message; tell me a little about yourself, your lifestyle, and when you are interested in moving in. Then, we can set up a time in the next few days for you to come see the apartment and meet and see if it seems like a good match.

If we both want to move forward, the next step from there would be to apply for a credit and background check with the property management company, and then signing the lease for either 6 months, or a year. The new lease would start on May 1st. It's not a sublease situation. There is a $1000 security deposit for the room.
