Quiet spacious place in ideal locale

I am seeking to fill this vacancy immediately!

The location is prime; a couple miles from both OB pier and SeaWorld, as well as walking distance to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and such. The complex is gated with a luxurious courtyard that sports a central sundeck w/ a BBQ grill/dining area, pool/hot tub, on-site gym, and laundry facilities. There is also a gated garage that includes a designated parking space.

Bonus: this is one of the largest units on property! The room itself is spacious w/ a private bathroom and separated from mine by a shared open living room/dining area and kitchen plus an expansive private patio. The neighbors are all very friendly and there is minimal noise transfer through the walls/ceiling.

My passion is SCUBA diving. I am a dive supervisor/gear repair technician. Very easy going and low-key. Always happy to chill and hang, but mostly keep to myself, reading or relaxing poolside. Extremely respectful of other peoples' sensitivities. I rarely entertain visitors, but don't mind hosting social gatherings occasionally.

I do prefer to keep things pretty tidy, but I understand life happens, so I don't get bent out of shape about dishes left in the sink overnight or minor clutter n such. Being a gear monkey, I'm pretty handy with minor repairs or such work around the domicile as well. If a couple, we can discuss cost adjustments at a meet n greet.
