We are looking for one person, female preferred. You must be clean, responsible, and respectful. No couples nor overnight guests. No pets. Your monthly payment includes high speed internet, electricitchen, family/ living room and backyard. This room has a pty, water, gas, trash and sewage.
Access to washer/dryer, kirivate bathroom. Property has a patio, picturesque large backyard overlooking the surrounding neighborhood. Plenty of street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes to various grocery stores and restaurants. Close to Navy bases. Short distance to Plaza Bonita Mall. In close proximity to several San Diego Community Colleges and Southwestern College. Twenty-two minutes to SDSU with light traffic. Accessible to Hwy 54, 805, 125, and Interstate-5.
