Pacific Beach/Crown Point Room for Rent

Hi Everyone!! I’m looking for a female to take over my room in a cute 3bd/2bth apt in PB/Crown Point. It’s been one of my favorite locations to live in, I’m going to miss it a lot 💔 — tons of natural light, super walkable, and safe!

🏡 Room & About the Apartment
•Bedroom: Spacious, fits all my stuff including a large desk + chair, dresser, queen-size bed, nightstands & more.
•Closet: Mirrored doors, built in shelving (can fit a small dresser inside too)
•Light: The apartment gets tons of natural light which is why I fell love with it! Truly just waking up in the morning - I’ve been so grateful to be there ☀️
•Bathroom: Shared with one other person
•In Unit Washer/Dryer (Full-size): Really hard to find in this area!!
•Patio Access: Access to a shared patio from the kitchen
•Vaulted Ceilings
•No pets allowed

💰Costs
•Rent: $1375 (possibility to go up but we haven’t been informed of any changes)
•Security Deposit: $850 (the original security deposit stays with the property so you give the security deposit to the person who came before you)
•Application Fee: ~$50
•SDGE & WiFi only: ~$60-100 (roommates have never paid more than $100. We have been running an AC in the living room though so it’s been like $80 per person this summer)

📅 Lease Details
•Month-to-month lease (you are asked to find a replacement when you leave)
•Move-In Date: Ideally I would find someone to move-in by Nov. 2 but fexible (the rent will be prorated for those days).

🚗 Parking:
•Plenty of street parking: The city does street sweeping the first Wednesday/Thursday of the month. Usually never have a problem finding a spot though!
•Tandem Garage Parking: If you need to you can park in the garage, it can fit two cars tandem. Usually we only put a car in there if we are gone for a long trip or absolutely can’t find a spot. Otherwise it’s mainly used for storage.

•~12 min walk to Trader Joe’s/Vons/CVS
•~20 min walk to the Crown Point/Bay (4 min drive)
•~30 min walk to Pacific Beach
•~20 min bike ride to Mission Beach
•~6-8 min drive to Kate Sessions Park
•~16 min drive to UCSD
•~18 min drive to SDSU
•Very close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants - super walkable! My second favorite part about the apartment after the natural light.
