Looking for a kind and respectful person to join our home.
There are 3 of us currently living here in a 5 bedroom house.
We are turning the spare room into gym.

All of 3 of us are in our mid thirties with varying careers.

The bathroom would only be used when guests come over otherwise the other roommates have their own bathrooms.

2 parking spots in the driveway that we all try to be respectful about using.

Definitely a welcome home, but not a party house.
