Hey, I’m Alonso, 29, and I’m looking for a roommate to move September 1st.

The place is a 2 bed, 1 bath with a big front patio that’s great for hanging out. The available room is 109 sq. ft. and comes with a closet and ceiling fan. The rest of the house is fully furnished, so you’d really just need to bring your bedroom furniture. The only downsides are there’s no in-unit laundry or dishwasher. Rent is $1,300 a month and includes water. Utilities are around 100 a month.

A little about me… I work in mortgage sales and I’m in the office Monday through Friday. Outside of work, I like hanging out with friends, grabbing a few beers, sailing, going to the gym, and getting out around San Diego. I’m pretty laid back, but I like to keep the place clean and organized.
