Shared apartment for Aug-Dec

About the Apartment:

The apartment is a fully furnished, spacious, 5-star-rated Airbnb in Pacific Beach that I have booked for the Fall Semester (August 20, 2026 – December 20, 2026).

The owners are aware that I will be sharing the apartment with other residents. Anyone who decides to move in will need to create an Airbnb account (if they don't already have one) and be added to the reservation, so that the owners also have their details on file.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with two double beds and one with one double bed. If we share the apartment with four people in total, the rent would be approximately $1,300 (€1,153) per person per month, including utilities. We can also discuss how we organize the rooms, for example a rotation system or individual room arrangements. If someone prefers a private room and is willing to pay a higher share, that could also be an option. I’m very open to different setups and suggestions, as long as it works fairly for everyone 🙂

About me:

I am a 33-year-old exchange student from Germany. I am currently pursuing a second Master's degree and will be spending the Fall Semester at San Diego State University from August to December.

I would describe myself as open-minded, reliable, considerate, and tidy. I would be happy to share the apartment with students, PhD candidates, or working professionals. I enjoy a friendly and social living environment, but I would prefer a relatively calm home atmosphere rather than a party apartment. Occasional social gatherings are absolutely fine, but I appreciate quiet hours at night.

While I arranged the booking, we will all be equals and share responsibilities – you are not my tenants, we are flatmates 🙂
