I have a room available my 2 br, 1.5 bath apartment in Pacific Beach on Missouri St near Lamont. It’s about 10’ by 11’ and comes unfurnished.

The full bath is in the hallway with a shared shower, I have a half bath in the other bedroom. About me: I’m a 38yo single male working professional. I’m pretty chill and laid back, musician, clean and tidy, but not ocd about it. Looking for the same in a roommate. No drama plz.

I like to cook. The kitchen is small, but stocked and fully functional. The neighbors are all good people. It’s a great spot. Super close to Vons and Trader Joe’s, as well as everything else PB has to offer.

Rent is $1250 per month with an $1250 security deposit. Split utilities ranges from $50-75 per month. Internet is $45.
