Nice bedroom in a house near the beach

Hello! I hope you’ll become my next housemate.

I’ve lived in this house for 11 years and handle the landlord responsibilities. The larger bedroom is available starting **July 1**.

**Room & House Details:**
- Private larger bedroom with Pergo flooring
- Shared bathroom with shower and bathtub
- Washer and dryer plus dishwasher on-site
- High-end massage chair in the living room

**Shared Spaces & Amenities:**
- Nice backyard with outdoor seating, heat lamps, cold plunge, and outdoor shower
- Soft-top surfboards available for guests to use
- Driveway parking + plenty of street parking
- Some garage storage (limited)

We’ll soon be getting a smaller fridge, which will give everyone plenty of kitchen space for their own food.

**House Vibe & Location:**
- Quiet neighborhood in North Pacific Beach, near La Jolla
- About 2 miles from I-5 / the Five freeway
- Myself and the other roommate are rarely home during the day
- We maintain a culture of mutual respect and consideration

I’m open to month-to-month, but I prefer a minimum 3-month stay.
