I'm looking for a similarly-aged female roommate who is easygoing and clean, able to move-in July 1st. It is a lease take over, the lease ends March 31st with the option to renew.

I have a 5 year old Australian Shepherd, so no additional pets is preferred!

My place is a 2 bed/2 bath in PB (close to the 5), for your own bed/bath it’s $1750 (Electricity + WiFi is a separate bill). Our place includes 2 parking spots, guest parking, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, a pool and tennis/pickleball court for the complex.
