Available room is approximately 10’6” x 13’4” (~140 sqft) with a 3’X3’6” closet. Bathroom is small but has full size tube/shower. Kitchen and Pantry are adequate, includes off-street parking, limited storage, available onsite laundry, fenced back yard and pets are ok. There is currently a very friendly cat in residence with occasional dog visitors. This is a cool little place with previous renters often calling it home for years. Looking for a minimum of 1 year commitment with credit check.
