I am a female in my mid/late 30s seeking a female roommate to move in/start paying rent on May 1st.

Your rent is $1,240 / month + utilities (SDGE $85 ish, Spectrum $85 ish)

About the space:
- 2 bed, 1.5 bath (you'd have your own bathroom, which has a shower which we'd share)
- Your room comes unfurnished; the rest of the apartment is furnished
- Brand new ceiling fan, newly painted walls, big sliding mirror closet
- You'd have a tandem parking spot in our driveway
- Dishwasher
- Laundry onsite
- Storage garage
- 1 mile walk to beach
- .4 mile walk to the bay
- .4 mile walk to Trader Joes, Vons, restaurants, shops, entertainment, nightlife, etc.

About me:
- Female in mid/late 30s, active, work from home as a mental health therapist
- Active, love the beach, going on bike rides, going out on weekends, having wine nights, dance nights out, while also love a good binge tv sesh chilling at home in sweats
- My home is my happy place, so it's important that it is clean, mostly quiet (no parties), no shoes inside
- My sweet, extremely mellow goldendoodle dog named Buzz lives with me (hypoallergenic, makes no noise)

What I'm looking for in a roommate:
- Female 25-40 ish years old who is kind, clean, responsible, respectful, trustworthy, pays rent on time
- Keeps common areas tidy and clean; daily sweeping, weekly mopping, turns lights out when not in use, keeps kitchen clean, clean up after yourself, etc (we'd obviously share in household duties)
- Ideally does not work from home since my "office" is in the common area and I need total privacy for my work 9am-5/6pm
- Keeps the party elsewhere
- Good communicator; guests are allowed but must be agreed upon in advance (more so if having a guy over)

I've lived in this apartment for eight years, so would love a roommate who I get along with well and we can respect each other as well as each other's space.

Looking for a 3-month commitment (or potentially 6-month) but can be flexible depending on the person and situation.
