Room available April 1st in Crown Point

Hi my Name is Brad. My roommate and I, Grant, are looking for a 3rd Roommate to join us for the rest of the lease that ends June 30th. Its a spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath in Crown Point. A block from Crown point park and about 12 to the beach. Down stairs is the large living/kitchen area and also has a half bath. There is a small patio out back with a cold plunge which you are welcome to. The upstairs has the 2 identical bedrooms, a shared bath, and the master (my room). Rent is 1900 utilities included. There is an option to re-sign come June 30th if you like the place. The street parking very manageable as its in a quite part of town. There is a laundry room we share with one other unit, about 10 feet from the front door. New washer and a proficient dryer. All appliances are new or in good shape.
