Room and entire apartment was recently professionally carpet cleaned.

Close access to I5 Freeway and PB. It is walkable to the bay and the bike path is right out our door. It is a 5 min drive to the beach. There is space inside for your bike if you have one to keep it safe and a surf rack.

Located at the cul-de-sac so you're going to enjoy the assigned parking.

I have really fast wi-fi.

A couple requests:
-I have no TV in the living space. Bluetooth speaker for music. There is a record player. And there's plenty of art.
- Please No sleeping on the couch is preferred
-Please no shared dishes (Pans, cooking utensils) left in the sink.
-Help requested to share the cost of water filters for shower and sink
-Help taking the trash to the street at least once a month
I keep the kitchen sink always clean (very important to me). So that when either one of us come to the kitchen they have everything they need to cook.

I have a deep clean on the carpets, tile, and couch once a year.(which just happened).

One other note is I rarely drink. I think the last drink I had was in . If you drink regularly this probably won't work.
