Looking for someone to take over my roommate’s spot starting early January. Our lease runs through the end of April, with the option to sign long-term after if it’s a good fit. The room is open to anyone.

You’ll have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. The shower is shared, but everything else is private. Laundry is right outside the unit which makes life easy.

I have a five year old golden retriever who is super friendly and relaxed. If you like dogs, you’ll love her.

I moved to PB in September so I’m still pretty new to the area, but the house has been great. My roommate just got a new job in San Francisco and the move came out of nowhere, so we’re hoping to find someone solid to fill in through April.
