Small bedroom available in North PB

We’re looking for a clean, easygoing, and fully employed roommate to fill a room in our 3BR / 1BA home in a quiet North Pacific Beach neighborhood.

Location:
The house is in an amazing spot — just a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, Mission Bay, and everything PB has to offer. Kate Sessions Park is only about two blocks away. The deck views are a huge bonus: Downtown San Diego, Coronado Bridge, the ocean, Crown Point, SeaWorld fireworks, and even Mexico at night.

About You:
We’re hoping to find someone who is laidback, respectful, clean, and friendly. The place is ideal for a young professional or graduate student with a full-time schedule.

About Us:
We’re two straight male professionals with early morning work schedules. Like many San Diegans, we enjoy staying active — surfing, cycling, weight-lifting, scuba diving, snowboarding, and generally getting outside. During the week we keep things relaxed, and occasionally go out on weekends. We’ve had great roommates in the past and are looking for someone who fits well with the house vibe.

House Environment:
This is not a party house. We like to have fun, but we keep the home peaceful and very clean (think: no dishes left in the sink, no clutter, etc.). Early mornings come fast.

What You’ll Have:
Full access to all common areas, including a furnished living room with TV and wireless internet. Parking is easy and always available on the street.

The Room:
The room gets great natural light. It is the smallest of the three bedrooms and has an exterior closet. Available March 1st.
6 month lease then it’s month-to-month, but we’re looking for someone planning to stay long term (1yr+).

Move-In Costs:
