Sunsets, beach walks, biking down to Mission Beach, surfing, cold-water therapy are main draws for this uber-close to Tourmaline Surf Park location (in addition to assigned parking space)

The house is always clean - so please no to slobs! Plenty of room to store surfboards, bikes, & other relatively small extra items
Neighbors in north PB are all chill - I've lived here for over 25 years & it's the best of places
Prefer someone that is responsible and works/studies. It's a kick ass area - one block from La Jolla, too. Reefs offer great surfing and is oh-so-close
