Ideal for surfer or beach lover like myself. The third bedroom is used infrequently by my son who is in 10th grade at MBHS. Basically a 3 bedroom with only myself right now

I am in sales and also work part time at Home Remediation company. I have surfed for 40 years & love to cook

Fully stocked kitchen, amongst so many other amenities. Only furnishings are in rest of house. Storage available on side yard. Patio w/propane grill, green egg smoker, and infrared grill. Enough room to tan either in front, side, or patio

I care about mutual respect and privacy when not in common areas. Parking space provided in alley behind unit. Front yard with bananas, lemons, tomatoes, and space for other plants if you're into gardening.

Over past few years, have had college age young man (since engaged) & my hairstylist who wanted to move closer to her work since she is not a surfer/ocean lover

Sunsets, beach walks, biking down to Mission Beach, surfing, cold-water therapy are main draws for this uber-close to Tourmaline Surf Park location (in addition to assigned parking space)

Recently remodeled kitchen - plus I have all chef equipment to prep any meal

The house is always clean - so please no to slobs! Plenty of room to store surfboards, bikes, & other relatively small extra items

Neighbors in north PB are all chill - I've lived here for over 25 years & it's the best of places

Prefer someone that is responsible and works/studies. It's a kick ass area - one block from La Jolla, too. Reefs offer great surfing and is oh-so-close

Any gender & age is fine as long as you're tidy & genuine
