Master Bedroom for Babysitting

We have a whole floor of our great house in Pacific Beach available for someone to in exchange for babysitting our 3 year old son. We would need you to watch him 7 hours per day 4 weekdays per week (he naps for about 1 hour during the day).

The floor has a bedroom, a mini living room and a private bathroom. You would also have full access to the kitchen, balcony and backyard area.

About us: we are an engaged couple in our early 40s with a cute, energetic, young boy. We both work full time and need someone to help us take care of him during the week.

About you: clean, responsible and some experience with child care.

We will also consider a male or female roommate for the room and with no babysitting for $1800 per month with an $1800 deposit
All Utilities Included. Month-to-Month with 30 day move-out notice.

The room is fully furnished but can be partly or fully unfurnished.
Our current babysitter is planning on moving back to Colorado on Dec 18th so we are flexible on move-in date.
