Hi all! I’m looking for someone to take over my half of a lease as I’m moving in with my girlfriend. Apartment is at AVA Pacific Beach. Complex has nice amenities with pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, beach volleyball, and basketball courts.
Apartment is 2 BR 2 BA (bathroom is full and in the room/not in the main area) on the 3rd/top floor. Rent is split with my current roommate (29M) who is staying, totalling just under $3600 total. With utilities (SDGE and internet mostly) comes out to around $3750-3800 split 50-50. I’ve posted some photos to give you a sense of what it looks like. Ideal move in/out date is mid-late May.
