This is one of the original older homes in PB two blocks from the beach and the bay on Thomas Ave. The home was completely remodeled from the ground up and upgraded with all modern style living features. The living room/kitchen has a very open floor plan with plenty of natural light from the surrounding windows. There are French doors on both sides to bring the ocean breeze in all year around and an additional room with a wall mounted TV to make a secondary living room space.

The kitchen is perfect for anyone who likes to cook with granite counter space, a dishwasher, and an industrial gas range with a hood. More unique features of the house include a total of three decks, private side yard, grill area (propane provided by the landlord), and a front porch for relaxing. Included in the back of the house is a surfer shower with hot water, storage shed, and laundry facility (coins) with plenty of additional space for bicycles.

The bedroom is on the ground floor with a side porch and a private keyless entrance. This room has a kitchenette area with a counter top, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The room also has a closet with a decent amount of space and the cabinets in the kitchenette area that can be used for additional storage. We could possibly remodel the kitchen area for more closet space and take out the amenities if a larger closet is desired. This room does NOT come with a parking spot and requires street parking.

I work from home some days 7:30am-5 pm and also have an office at my warehouse, depending on my schedule. The other upstairs roommate works from home, but also has to travel to meet clients. We prefer someone on the same schedule with the Monday-Friday work week.

I have a friendly Jack Russell Terrier that lives here and he is 11 1/2 years old. I would prefer a dog friendly person because he will be hanging with you when we leave the house. This dog is really chill but he does like attention and affection. The landlord doesn't want any other animals, so please don't ask.
