The room has it’s own bathroom and walk-in closet, with laundry in the hallway adjacent to the room. Room dimensions are 10’ x 13’ 9”.

My girlfriend and I live in the master, both young working professionals who like to keep the house clean and do not party too much(although not opposed to it from time to time). We’re both foodies and have different hobbies, so no shortage of stuff to talk about or even join(I play tennis, golf, and padel), she loves going on walks, reading books, and baking. Third bedroom is our office(WFH sometimes but in the office for the most part) so you’d be sharing common spaces with just us 2.

Rent is $1,250 with utilities INCLUDED. 1GB speed internet that can be hardwired into computers(if you WFH).
