Hi! I have two rooms for rent in my townhouse in the Millenia area of Otay Ranch beginning October 15th. One room is on it's own floor, is a good size and has a private bathroom. The other room is a good size and will share a bathroom with one other person. You will also have access to a common kitchen, living room, balcony, in house laundry area, and pool/jacuzzi area. Some utilities are included in monthly rent. The house is located in a very peaceful, safe area. The three current roommates are very peaceful and respectful.
